Only 3 rooms have access to the terrace and the spaces are divided by the plants, so every room has around 25 sqm exclusive.

The location is fantastic right in the heart of Rome.
The room is tired and could do with a face lift however it is great value for money.

Fantastic location for a short break away
Location was excellent. Room was lovely.
Some of the in room facilities listed were not included (slippers, wine glasses, mini bar). Couldn't eat food in little outdoor seating area because of pigeons so had to eat breakfast in the tiny kitchen. Not accessible if you have difficulty with stairs as the lift from the metro was broken and had been for a while.

Very Good
The location is amazing! I'd definitely stay again. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice selection fruit, cereal, cheese, breads and cakes. The room is nicely decorated and you have what you need.
The plumbing has some issues. I found the bathroom quite smelly after showing. In general the shower looked like it needed a good scrub with some bleach. I'd like to have English speaking channels on the TV.

Excellent choice re location and service.
The best feature is the location close to Spanish steps with three restaurants right outside your door. The breakfast is akexcellent and offered a lot more than the described continental breakfast. Daria and Jasmine very friendly and professional
The stairs are challenging but only on arrival and departure.
